law prom.

Friday night was our last law prom.  I hate change and usually get sad over things like this but I'm getting really excited to graduate and see what is next for me in my life.  I tend to get a little "itchy" when it's time to move on.  And I feel like it's time to move on to the next phase in life.  But before May 12th (graduation!), I'm going to try and be present and just enjoy one day at a time!

Weekend Recap.

Busy weekend for this girl!


Between Thursday night Dinner Club (amazing food - caprese, shrimp, crab legs, and saffron mango),

Friday night Date Night to the theater with Kurtis,

[Let me tell you, when the sun rises and the giraffes step on to stage: goosebumps.  It was spectacular.  And we were in the 4th row!]

and Saturday night fireworks at Fire & Ice,

followed by a 3-game marathon of Settlers of Catan (my new favorite game!), this chica is exhausted!  I managed to stay in bed until noon, then it was off to a quick board meeting for the CGL and a Superbowl party at my friends house!  And now, trying to catch up on homework before Monday rolls around.  Yikes!
